This shocking footage shows the moment a heavily pregnant woman was thrown to the ground and pinned down by a cop as he arrested her.
Sandra Amezquita, who was 5 months pregnant, is suing the New York Police Department after the officer floored her and pinned her to the pavement.
The footage shows Ms Amezquita, who is 5ft 4ins being grabbed by the arm by the cop before he hurls her down onto her baby bump.
Amezquita reportedly gave birth to a baby boy four months early following the incident.

The child”s father, Ronel Lemos, claims they were victims of a malicious prosecution after police said they had interfered with the arrest of their adult son, New York Daily News reports.
"The police officers’ actions constituted outrageous and reckless conduct," their lawyer Norman Siegel said after the suit was filed in Brooklyn Federal Court.
Speaking after the incident took place in September last year, Ronel Lemos, said he watched in horror as his wife hit the ground belly-first.
“The first thing I thought was they killed my baby and they’re going to kill my wife,” Lemos, 50, told New York Daily News.

Ms Amezquita said she feared something had happened to her baby following the incident.
The police were arresting the couple’s 17-year-old son, Jhohan Lemos, for possession of a knife clipped to his belt.
Ms Amezquita and Mr Lemos said they were responding to cries from their son when they were set upon by the police.
Cops issued Amezquita a summons for disorderly conduct while Lemos was arrested for allegedly assaulting a police officer.
