This is the dramatic moment French police stormed a grocery store where two terrorists were holding up to six people hostage.

The footage shows dozens of heavily armed cops entering the store kosher grocery store in eastern Paris this afternoon.

They are all wearing balaclavas and carrying special equipment.

The suspects holding up to six people hostage are believed to be 32-year-old Amedy Coulibaly and 26-year-old woman called Hayat Boumeddiene.

Police believe Coulibaly was also responsible for the shooting of the Paris policewoman yesterday.

Early reports on the ground say that some of the hostages have escaped unhurt. There are conflicting reports about whether the gunman is dead.
